The second Circa Salon took place in thisisnotashop on Friday 29 May. The sunshine was beating down in Dublin 7, very appropriate for the launch of the Summer issue. Later, the festivities moved on to Dice Bar, who kindly sponsored our drinks at thisisnotashop.

This time the Salon included an exhibition of some of the works featured in the reviews in the Summer issue. The artists were Ciara Moore, Ciara Finnegan, Mark Garry, Dragana Jurisic, Aideen Barry, Dominic Thorpe, David Beattie, Siobhan Ogilvy and Wendy Judge. Thorpe performed for two hours at the start of the Salon.

Alan Phelan’s new artist poster (limited edition of 100, signed!) for Circa was also unveiled; you can buy one here.
